PROJECTEKA ASSOCIATION

Projecteka Association was established in the beginning of 2014 with the aim to form a community of thinking people sharing the values of knowledge who are motivated to exchange ideas.

Mission and creation

Projecteka Association is a non-governmental organization in public benefit, founded in 2014, in support of education, volunteering and personal development, social integration and personal realization of young people. The team has been involved in the organization of events, trainings and in project activities on the territory of Bulgaria.

Purpose

The aim of the Association is to unite the efforts of youngsters and adults, pedagogues and prominent public figures in the direction of support and development of the education as a whole, promotion of volunteering and professional guidance and assistance for raising awareness of citizens regarding the basic human and civil rights.

Activities

Projecteka Association main activities are:
development and realization of projects under European and national programs
• organization of seminars, trainings, conferences
• organizination of volunteering internships, activities and others.

Team

The team of Projecteka includes people who are specialists in the following areas – schooling of youngsters and adults, finance and economics, public administration, administration and sociology and journalism. The members of Projecteka team are enthusiastic, ambitious and educated people with interests in different fields. They work hard, consistently and with tolerance and willingness to work in international teams.

Nikolay Todorov is the chairman and financial manager of the Association. Nikolay has a master degree of Informatics and Certified Actuary. He gained his experience in the elaboration of business plans of financial projects for companies and NGOs and the preparation of financial reports and budgets. He is responsible for the financial realization of the projects in the Association.

Nikolay has experience in the development of professional and educational modules in the field of finance and economics and holding meetings at management level. He has well-developed decision-making skills and sense of teamwork; excellent consultant and coordinator. He is responsible for the communication with corporate partners and companies. He speaks well Russian and English.

Nickolay Boytchev is an IT specialist with a specialization and extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity. Graduated in Theoretical Physics at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and Astronomy at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. He maintains computer networks and conducts training sessions with young people on IT and computer skills.
He has experience in system administration and computer hardware, along with a strong foundation in computer science. As a lecturer, he has taught various subjects, including computer science, web development, mathematics, physics, and computer hardware.
His expertise includes data analysis, Google Analytics, web analytics, and mathematical analytics. In the field of web development and optimization, he has experience working with Joomla, WordPress, and CSS, as well as search engine optimization (SEO), process optimization, and general optimization techniques. Nickolay is also skilled in programming, particularly in PHP and JavaScript.

Alexandra Radeva - volunteer, participated in more than 10 Erasmus projects. She speaks fluent English.

Srebra Ilchevska is a teacher and trainer in applied and fine arts and animation. She holds masters degrees in animation directing and primary and child pedagogy. She works with children and youth in non-formal education, introducing them to various artistic techniques and materials. She also participates in training programs and community projects, gaining experience in organizing charity events, bazaars, and exhibitions.

Marinela Docheva is a youths expert at Projecteka Association. She graduated from the University of Veliko Tarnovo, majoring in Bulgarian Language and History, and NBU - Sofia, majoring in Adult Education Management.
She has experience as a teacher in non-formal education, she has taught in the Centre for work with children in Teteven- Bulgaria. She has led groups in Journalism, theater workshop, folklore group.
She has also experience in administration and working with clients. She has worked as a client support in a training organisation offering continuing professional education.

Our Partners

Projecteka Association works in both national and international programs and projects. The members of the team of the Association have participated in more than 30 projects, who have conducted more than 50 trainings, seminars and conferences.
