Fair Youth Labour Label (FYLL) Training Underway in Sofia!
Right now, a dynamic training course for young people and aspiring entrepreneurs is taking place in Sofia, Bulgaria, as part of the Fair Youth Labour Label (FYLL) project under the Erasmus+ Programme.
Hosted at Kaliyana Hall in the heart of Sofia, the training offers practical and theoretical knowledge in Labor Law across six modules. Participants explore essential topics such as employment contracts, workers' rights, youth employment challenges, and ethical labor practices. The sessions also feature interactive workshops, real-life case studies, and role-playing exercises like mock job interviews and negotiation simulations.
This initiative aims to empower young people, enhance their employability, and raise awareness of fair and responsible labor standards. During the training, participants also contribute to the development of the FYLL label – a tool created by youth, for youth, to certify ethical employment practices and fight against irregular and exploitative labor.
