There will also be 2 short-term trainings for 14 facilitators from partner organizations to learn about the newly developed training tools.
Goals:
The main goal of the project is to provide an innovative approach to solve the problems mentioned above, within three main steps:
• Integration of young people who neither study nor work in society through the use of an innovative digital method - telling stories;
• Development of an educational method for working with such young people to support the development of their self-esteem, confidence in their own abilities and a desire for social integration. This method is called REAL-E and is based on the following criteria (Landmark-Balance-Adaptation-Limits-Exchanges);
• Identify and highlight the skills and the competence of young people who neither study nor work through a specially developed online platform (COMPONENT PAPER) - COMP-PASS.
Results:
The expected final result of the project is to increase the motivation of young people to return to the labor market; to continue their education; starting their training to acquire new skills or engage in another project of social reintegration (eg. volunteer work).
